The nondestructive testing system (spiral ultrasonic testing and eddy current testing) has the following features:
1. The ultrasonic detection device moves forward in a spiral and the eddy current detection device is through type. The combination of these two types can detect various types of defects in order to prevent the existence of flaws undetected.
2. The ultrasonic testing device adopts local positioning to greatly reduce interference caused by shaking during transmission.
3. The ultrasonic testing unit is equipped with anti-bubble interference device to prevent false alarms.
4. It is equipped with automatic loading, unloading and sorting systems.
5. The eddy current testing device has magnetic saturation detection device to reduce magnetic interference of the material.
6. It will carry out automatic demagnetization after detection.

The nondestructive testing system (spiral ultrasonic testing and eddy current testing) developed by COBE effectively solved the shaking of pipes and rods with middle and small diameters during transmission.
The system adopts local positioning to make sure that the target pipes are partly fixed with the probe. This is an important way to ensure precise and reliable detection.
It also adopts supporting digital flaw detector to show the detail of defect signals.
